==== How do I ship direct to my recipient? =======
After adding the item to your cart, click on your cart and select "Proceed to checkout". Here you will see both your billing and delivery address. Click the "Change" button under Delivery address and add your recipient's address.
Shipping cost will be updated automatically.
Also remember to check the "This item is a gift" box at checkout so we don't include a receipt.

We send via Royal mail 1st Class (untracked), this is usually 1-2 working days but busy periods can see slight delays.
There is the option to upgrade postage, this is done at cost price to us, we make no profit from shipping.
All International mail is sent via Royal Mail International Standard, this is an untracked service. At checkout you have the option to upgrade to a tracked service at cost price.

Yes. Our mugs are dishwasher safe for up to 800 washes.
Please note: It is recommended to use the ‘normal’ setting on the dish washer, and use the top rack.

For International order we are largely dictated to by the terms of Royal Mail (the postal service we use to send parcels), here is Royal Mail's policy for lost/delayed international mail:
Please note: It does state "Loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World."
Therefore, we/you would need to ensure 20/25 working days have at least passed since posting and non arrival, as this is the timeframe that the postal service considers an item to be "lost"
