To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information (handled and stored via Etsy), and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It

as needed to provide my services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Data Retention

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Shopify is Privacy Shield certified.
