Royal Mail (Domestic & International)

DOMESTIC (UK)


WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND UPGRADING POSTAGE TO 1st CLASS, 1st CLASS SIGNED FOR OR SPECIAL DELIVERY.

We send via Royal mail 2nd Class (untracked) as standard, this is usually 2-3 working days but busy periods can see slight delays.
There is the option to upgrade postage, this is done at cost price to us, we make no profit from shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

We recommend upgrading postage to a tracked service by default most International items are sent untracked. Exceptions apply.
Majority of our International mail is sent via Royal Mail International Standard as default, this is an untracked service. At checkout you have the option to upgrade to a tracked service at cost price.

E.U/Europe - 7 - 14 working days for delivery**
North America - 7 - 14 working days for delivery*
Rest of the world - 10 - 14 working days for delivery*
 

UPS (Domestic & International)

All items sent via UPS include tracking and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, we can also offer upgrades for next working day.

Some International locations may vary in delivery speed, so please see UPS.com for further details on your specific region.
 

EVRi (Domestic only)

UK customers may be offered EVRi as a shipping solution. This service includes tracking and has a 2-3 day and next day delivery option.

 

Fedex (Domestic & International)

All items sent via Fedex include tracking and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, we can also offer upgrades for next working day.

Some International locations may vary in delivery speed, so please see fedex.com for further details on your specific region.
 

Processing and Dispatch

Processing and dispatch time of all orders is 1-3 working days. We use a variety of postal services and couriers depending on the parcel size and delivery timeframe required. For further information on these please see the postal services and carriers tabs on this page.

** Shipped from the UK. E.U customers may face customs fees, please check before ordering. We are not responsible for paying these fees.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations but these must be requested with 24 hours of the order being placed. Failure to do this may result in the item being made and your cancellation refused.
